The STDF Cameroon project aims to improve the sustainable development of Penja pepper in Cameroon and facilitate its access to international markets.
As part of this project, an analysis of the different stages of pepper production was carried out to identify and assess the SPS risks within the Penja pepper value chain. This analysis will serve as a guide when drafting a Good Sanitary and Phytosanitary Practices Guide for the Penja pepper sector.
