STDF CAMEROON PROJECT: RISK ANALYSIS WORKSHOP

A workshop of the risk analysis mission of the STDF Cameroon project was held on Friday with stakeholders in the Penja pepper sector. The main objective was to identify, characterise and analyse the different stages of the production, packaging and distribution processes of #Penja pepper, in order to propose effective and sustainable sanitary and phytosanitary measures to reduce the risks to an acceptable level, prevent or eliminate them, depending on their nature. The workshop was facilitated by Blondelle GHOMFO, national coordinator of the project and Florent NKOUASSEU, #COLEACP expert.
