TRAINING ON MANAGEMENT OF PACKAGING STATIONS

As part of its Fit For Market programme, COLEACP organised a group training session on optimising the management of packaging stations in Douala, Cameroon. The training aimed to support companies to improve the management and fluidity of work in a packaging station during a campaign. Following this training, participants will have the opportunity to benefit from in-company support with inputs from an expert.
